KSA Kinesiology for the Carer
You spend so much of your time supporting other people.
What supports you?
A practical, hands-on day to experience simple kinesiology techniques for yourself — and the people you care for or support.
Hervey Bay | Thursday 8 October | 9:30am–3:30pm | $198
Curious about kinesiology?
You don't need any previous kinesiology experience to come along.
You might spend much of your time caring for, supporting, teaching or working with other people. You might already have experienced kinesiology yourself and want to understand more about what was happening. Or perhaps you're simply curious about practical techniques you can explore for yourself and share with the people you care for or support.
Kinesiology for the Carer gives you a day to experience it for yourself.
Explore simple ways of noticing responses and change. Learn practical techniques you can begin using straight away. Work with values, emotions and some of those moments when what we think we want and how we respond don't seem to match.
Most importantly, you'll get to do kinesiology, rather than spending the day simply hearing about it.
And if your curiosity leads you towards something more, you'll also experience the practical, integrated approach to learning that has become the KSA way — with plenty of opportunity to ask questions about further kinesiology training.
What will you experience at our one-day workshop?
This isn't a day of sitting and listening. You'll explore kinesiology through practical activities, personal reflection and hands-on experience — learning techniques you can use for yourself and share with the people you care for or support, and exploring how they can be applied to real-life situations.

About Your Trainer
Susan Koschel has been practising kinesiology for 25 years and teaching professional kinesiology for more than 15 years.

As CEO and principal trainer of Kinesiology Schools Australia, Susan brings together her experience as a practitioner, teacher and Registered Training Organisation educator to make complex kinesiology concepts practical, understandable and relevant to working with real people.
The KSA Kinesiology for the Carer gives you the opportunity to learn with Susan for a full day — experiencing not just individual techniques, but the way she brings them together to help you understand why you're doing something, what you're noticing and what changes.
You'll also have plenty of opportunity to ask questions about kinesiology as a profession, the nationally recognised Diploma of Kinesiology, and what studying with KSA is actually like.
